this is what I get from time to time... I even updated (added queue), and after update still nothing...
Doesn't happend all the time but it does when I don'y play for week or so... I look for all my friends accounts at the same time and I'm able to find them, and they don't play BFBC2 for a long tima... what's wrong?

P.S. might be important... before I bought game myself, I used my friend's account and we had separated profiles, his was primary, and mine "mike_torello" was secondary profile... after I bought my own game, I asked admins to delete my old profile linked to friends account so I can register the same name on my own account... Sometimes stats show my old profile stats I had on friends account, but after playing game and refreshing stats it shows my current and accurate stats.

This is what I mean...
First I get this - We have currenly no stats about this player in our database after not playing week or so...


Then after few update queues I get this (this is stats from my old profile that was on my friends account, and it was supposed to be deleted so I can register same profile name on my own copy of game.)


And after few days (played only once in that period) of refreshing stats (every 12 hours) I finally get my real stats...


And this happends from time to time, any clues? Resolutions?
