api - unlocks per vehicle ?

Hi,
how can I get the unlocks for a given vehicle/aircraft ? The "vehCatsUnlocks" returns unlocks per vehicle category but not per vehicle.

What did I miss ?

Btw, what does it mean when a weapon unlock does not have the "curr" and "needed" values set:

Vehicles have no unlocks only vehicle categories.
Most vehicles have a category value, which can be used to associate it to the category unlocks.

If needed is null or not given, this unlock can't be unlocked by kills or by you. Those are mostly unlocks which can only be used by DICE employees.
