What type of cheese is your favorite?
I live in the land of cheese (The Netherlands), and to be honest; I only reconize 2 of the choices
However, to make it easy without naming naming any brands (although you can categorize them them).
I prefer "old" (ripened 10-12 months) and strong cheeses of the Gouda type.
And I don't like french cheese...
