New players are not getting their stats - "Player not found"

Hi There,

Any new soldier's stat request is returning the following:

The player you searched is currently not in our database.

We tried to add your search request to our queue, but the queue is full at 0 requests or you tried to often. Please try again later.

Can you please rectify this.

This has been going on for, to my knowledge, at least 3 weeks.

Please tell me your exact player name and platform. So I can have a look and see if this player does really not exist.

peoples - if you would like your stats looked into - please quote your player name & platform. You can add BF players to your login on the 'Players' tab under 'My Profile'. To access this, click the little down arrow next to where it says account: <name> at top right of screen.

I also cannot add/update my stats on the app for Android, says can find player but cannot update stats. My name is
osmo67 and the platform is PC. Cool site and app too!
