My Personal Mission 100% completion on all weapons

This is my goal 100% unlocks on all "Class" weapons, excluding pistols. Does anyone else have this as a goal or is it just me? By trying this, it makes you use weapons that you may be uncomfortable with, but I enjoy the challenge. below are my stats so far. By my count I only have 10 non pistol weapons left with a bit over 2k kills remaining to finish. Your k/d may suffer a bit, but it does make it interesting. Give it a try.

That is a good challenge for yourself.

There are no unlocks for any of the pistols. So, if you complete this, you will have unlocked everything for all of the weapons.

Are you including the seven weapons you can get from playing Co-Op?
Do you have the Back 2 Karkand expansion pack, and thus are including those weapons as well?
You can see a list of all 75 weapons in the game on the battlelog website.

Are you playing hardcore a lot? Sometimes when I want to use a less powerful weapon, I play hardcore with it. Almost any gun will give you a quick kill in hardcore mode.

Also, what about all of the unlocks for vehicles? It would be something of a feat to unlock all of those as well.

Well, I started the same, but why stop at the unlocks?? I wanted all the mastery dogtags which you get for 500 kills with every weapon....

I've done so far: Assault class rifles, Engineer class Carbines, support class LMG's, all shotguns (except M1014 and MK3a1) and now I'm working on the PDW's, after that I'm doing the sniper rifles and handguns

The following weapons do NOT have mastery dogtags:
- M26 MASS
- A-91
- M9 Tact
- MP443 Tact
- .44 Scoped
- G18 Supp
- M1911 Tact
- M1911 Supp

Yes I have all the unlocks from the assignments so those 10 extra weapons are included in my list. As of today with the exception of pistols I only have 7 weapons left to complete to 100%. 3 recon, 3 assault, and 1 shotgun left. which should be done today. I dont play much hardcore, but I agree with your comment about it. I have all unlocks for the MBT so far but will be working on other vehicles as well. Not great at flying jets, but getting better. Is it really 500 kills per weapon to get the mastery tag? I'll have to look when i get home, but i believe that I have quite a few mastery tags already and dont have any weapon at 500 kills. I think that when you get 100% unlocks, you get the tag for it, but I may be wrong. actually my most kills are with claymores of all things. just hit 600 with it last night. LOL

Please msg back if it really is 500 per for mastery tags and I will work on that next.

BSH 1975, You are correct, i checked a bit ago and it is indeed 500 kills for the mastery tags. I currently have 24 weapons with over 300 kills and of those, 6 are over 400. So I guess that's my next part of my challenge, getting 500 kills per weapon. thanks for the info. I guess with the bonus points you get with the mastery tags, I should hit a few higher ranks by the time I am finished. ;-)

As of 3/28/12. I have 44 weapons at 100% unlock. of that list, I have 11 with 5 star mastery tags.
4 with 4 stars, 13 with 3 stars, 13 with 2 stars, and 14 with 1 star. Making progress. LOL

I'm also taking weapons to 500 kills before switching to new ones (so that I get the mastery dog tag). I'm glad this thread brought this little fact to my attention.

I don't know if I'll commit myself to getting all of the mastery dog tags. I only have so much time for video games!

Also, I'm doing this in hardcore mode only. Almost any weapon will kill quickly in that mode. When I play normal mode, I normally resort to my favority weapons.

I Just got my 12th weapon to 500 kills. 4 are 400+, 13 are 300+, 15 are 200+, 9 are 100+. What is really crazy is my best weapon is the CLAYMORE...720 so far. LOL

As of late last week, My personal mission of 100% completion on all weapons was finished. Now it currently over 25,000 kills under my belt the next challenge is Mastery Service Medals (500 Kills each) with each weapon and 100 kills with each pistol. As of 4/24 I have 25 weapons with 500+ kills, 3 over 400, 10 over 300, 11 at 200, and 9 at 100. Darn that's alot of killing. ;-)
