BFBCS not updating my profile

I added a new profile (Roken_Warrior) to BFBCS about 1 week ago. The last time it updated was 10/11/2011 @ 16:06. I have tried to to do an update every day to the Update Queue, the Check Status updates, but the statistics never update and the last day updated always stays as 10/11/2011. How can I get my profile to update or delete it and re add it.

Hi kebwizrd,

welcome to our forums. I presume that you are playing on a PS3, as this is the only platform I could find your soldier on

I put your soldier in the update queue again, let's check this later again if something changed. If this should not change anything, I will have a look at your soldier on the weekend.

Thanks for your help High_Hawk, but I just checked and nothing has changed, same as it was this morning..... And yes Roken_Warrior is what I use on the PS3 for BFBC2.

Serveral people have this problem, thanks for reporting. Within the next day we will have a look, because 1ApRiL is currently on a trip.

If I have no info where to look and my review over all sites doesn't show any problem, I don't see it.

Thats odd... Mine is going through the queue like crazy!

EDIT: Updating my profile took a staggering 6 minutes! SIX! That's just way too friggin' long.

I don't know what you did, but it seems to work.
Just a single attempt to update me and my friend's profiles today, and it worked.

My friend's profile just wouldn't update for 17(!!) days! I managed to get mine up to date 5 days ago.

EDIT: I've been adding us to the queue every day, sometimes several times in a day.

I have just the same problem, stats are not updating since quite some time. I didn't notice it at first but now I noticed, there are about 2000 kills more that I actually have than show up here.

Thanks for trying, but as of yet it hasn't helped. I have put myself in the updatequeue once again, so hopefully it will be working in an hour. If not I'll be back

These are the dates from your profile. Either the server you were playing on did not send the data to the main server or it got lost on way to it. Sorry
