My Stats won't update!

I've been trying to get an update my stats for over a week to no avail. I realize that my stats haven't updated in more than a year, and when i join the queue and come back later it still doesnt update.
The official BC2 website haven't updated my stats in over 3 years.. stats verse has been down for a long time too

Is this just me? and is there something i can do to fix it....

1. When did you play last? (Date)
2. Please could you provide us with your soldiers name and the platform you're playing on? (XBox, PC, PS)

I've been playing everyday the past week. Last was 10 hours ago 08/31/2015 6 AM. before that it would have to be about 2-3 months ago.
My soldier name is 'Big Papa Two' & Platform is PC.

Why the stats arent updating anymore ? I enter in queue wait the long time and nothing, Gametracker still updating but here nothing.

Can be a fool question or a lazy solution but why dont retrieve the info from gametracker ? or try talk with then about how they do it.
